COMMON PROBLEM FIXES FOR INSTALLING THE PRESET

MY DOWNLOAD IS NOT OPENING

PDF files are not supported by gmail or chrome mobile applications. If you use these please copy the link provided in the "Your Downloads are Ready" email and paste it into either Safari (and then open in iBooks) or another browser app like Firefox.  

WHEN I COPY THE PRESET TO LIGHTROOM I GET A BLACK SCREEN

Hard close the Lightroom app and try again. The hard close fixes the loading problem 90% of the time! If it does not open after a hard close check your photo library in Lightroom and it will be there!

OVEREXPOSURE

If you're photos look overexposed or "washed out" after applying the preset please read page 7 of the instructions and adjust the exposure to compensate for the lighting the photo is taken in. I usually adjust the exposure to every one of my photos!
